This experience is designed to be an integration, not an initiation, into the feminine. We will not force you to do anything. While we hope you engage fully, you are not required to participate at any certain level. We recognize “just” showing-up for this might be a stretch, and we are committed to supporting and honoring all men in the container.

We’re looking forward to being with you in sacred space!

The three days will look something like this:

Location: Claymont Retreat Center (click to learn more about this beautiful venue!) -less than an hour from Washington DC and Baltimore, MD:

FRIDAY:

  • ARRIVE between 1p - 1:30p to settle in. Start promptly at 2p.

  • Discussion and group experiences of the feminine, the feminine shadow, and Shadow Work®.

  • Set expectations for the next day and check out by 8p. (We will take breaks and there will be a dinner break as well.)

SATURDAY and SUNDAY

  • Start promptly at 9a.

  • Answer questions and wrap-up any teaching.

  • The remaining time will be spent doing “center work”

    • All men will have the opportunity to engage in a series of activities carefully crafted to help access a full range of emotions as they explore the feminine shadow. Some will opt for a more personalized experience by participating in “center work,” where they have the opportunity to work on their individual intentions in the center of the group. For those choosing this option, your intentions will guide the process, and you maintain control at every step. Even if you don't take part in center work, simply being in the room means you’re part of the collective experience. As you observe and support the other men, you may find that their breakthroughs and transformations resonate with your own journey, offering powerful insights and shared growth.

  • We’ll close with a check-out and DEPART on Sunday by 5p.

  • We will take breaks throughout our time and will have 60-90 mins for lunch (provided). We’ll provide an abundance of healthy snacks, water, tea, and coffee.
